Protect your Lurril pieces
Lurril leather products should be treated as your favourite leather handbag, and therefore should not be exposed to water, snow or other harsh elements.
If your items get wet, allow them to air dry on a flat surface. No LURRIL item should ever be put in the dryer. If you need to clean a mark off of your collar, mix 1 part water and 1 part white vinegar and spot wash with a damp cloth. Again, lay flat to dry.
Shipping and Costs
All prices are listed in GBP (Great Britain Pound).
Handmade items purchased will be mailed within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Shipping time is dependant on your location. No guarantee can be made in regards to arrival date HOWEVER, you will be able to track your parcel once you received the notification of the dispatch. LURRIL sends every pieces with a tracking number so, You are safe and we are safe.
LURRIL is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or fees you incur during delivery.
If you spend £40 or more the cost of the shipping is on LURRIL.
The lifetime of a LURRIL piece is determined by the care, wear and elements each item is subjected to. Leather breakage due to chewing, water exposure or anything else that compromises the integrity of the material beyond normal wear is not a manufacturer's defect.
Fading and fraying are all parts of normal wear and tear and LURRIL will not replace items due to these factors.
A manufacturer's defect such as hardware failure will be replaced immediately.
Return and Exchange
LURRIL does not provide refunds but will happily provide exchanges on unworn, unused merchandise within 5 days of purchase.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including the return shipping of the unwanted item as well as the new item's shipping fee.
Note: Please take the time to measure your dog's neck.
Defective items will be replaced. Please contact us if this is the case.
Your package may be subject to additional customs fees, import taxes or other fees charged by your local destination or government. LURRIL is not responsible for these fees.
